Terms and Conditions
By using LeadsBuddy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Overview
LeadsBuddy provides web designers with 5 exclusive leads per day in exchange for 100 credits ($1) per day. Leads are delivered via WhatsApp and contain the contact details of potential clients interested in web design services.
2. Lead Validity & No Refund Policy
- LeadsBuddy does not guarantee that every lead will result in a sale or successful client conversion.
- Some leads may change their minds, delay their projects, or choose another designer. This is a normal part of the lead generation process and is not grounds for a refund.
- Refunds are only provided if a lead contains completely invalid information (e.g., a fake or non-working phone number). Any refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the lead.
3. Lead Delivery & Credit Rollover
- Leads are delivered daily to subscribed users.
- If LeadsBuddy is unable to provide leads on a particular day due to a lack of available contacts, your 100 credits for that day will roll over to the next available day. You will not lose credits due to lead shortages.
- Leads are assigned exclusively to a single designer and are not shared with multiple users.
4. Account & Subscription Terms
- Users must maintain a positive credit balance to continue receiving leads.
- LeadsBuddy reserves the right to modify the number of leads provided, pricing, or service terms at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes.
- Any abuse of the platform, including reselling leads or spamming potential clients, may result in account suspension without a refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
LeadsBuddy acts as a lead provider and is not responsible for the outcome of interactions between web designers and potential clients. We do not guarantee sales, project success, or ongoing business relationships from the leads provided.
